I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC®) through the Newfield Network. I’m also the first Embodied Yoga Principles Certified Coach in Asia. I help you play at higher levels, get ‘unstuck’ and uncover new possibilities through the ontological approach: working not just in speech, but through emotions and the physical body as well. This is why my coaching style is more holistic and flexible for a wider range of clients. Most clients find me a perceptive and relatable coach. I attribute this to the wins and losses I’ve gone through – as entrepreneur, trainer, facilitator, youth educator, designer, animator and producer. I also hold the roles of husband, father, and recovering perfectionist.
